EU Drug Policy Training & Strategy Series
An ERASMUS+ funded project that aims to provide students & young people from across Europe with the skills, knowledge, network & strategy to engage with European Union Drug Policy.Students for Sensible Drug Policy International and Youth RISE conducted an ERASMUS+ funded Small Scale Partnerships project entitled "EU Drug Policy Training & Strategy Series for Young People" throughout 2022. This project engaged young people from across Europe with the goal of increasing the capacity of young people and youth organisations to engage with EU drug policy development & implementation.
The project was comprised of four key components: 1. Knowledge Building, 2. Skills Building, 3. Network Building, and 4. Strategy Building. The project resulted in the establishment of a pan-European youth consortium on drugs and the adoption of a strategy to support the engagement of young people and youth organisations in drug policy development and implementation at the local, national and EU levels.
